North Alpine Return & Refund Policy

At North Alpine, we stand behind the quality of what we sell and the experience we provide. Your satisfaction matters to us, which is why every purchase is backed by a 45-day guarantee. If something isn't right, reach out to us at contact@north-alpine.com and we'll help sort it out.

You can cancel or change your order within the first 6 hours of placing it. Because we move quickly to get orders out the door, this window isn't always available — once an order has started processing, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Returns & Refunds

We'll accept unused products in their original packaging for up to 45 days after delivery. For hygiene reasons, underwear and other intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, even unworn. For everything else that qualifies, we issue store credit rather than a cash refund — again, for hygiene reasons — which you can put toward a future order with us.

Customers cover the cost of return shipping; we don't provide prepaid labels, and the shipping fee from your original order isn't refundable.

Any item mailed back to us without an approved return request beforehand will be refused.

Custom or personalized items, bulk orders, and gift cards can't be returned, since they're made or issued specifically for you.

To start a return, email contact@north-alpine.com within 45 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once approved, refunds are issued within 14 business days. If it's been longer than that and you still don't see it, check with your bank or card issuer.

We can't refund items that show signs of wear, damage from misuse, or normal use. We also can't issue refunds for problems caused by something within your control, like an incorrect shipping address.

Refunds are always returned in the same currency you paid in. Any currency conversion or exchange-rate fees are the customer's responsibility.

Items That Arrive Damaged

We take care to package every order securely, but if your item shows up damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo to contact@north-alpine.com so we can confirm it qualifies for a free replacement. Damage caused by normal wear or misuse after delivery isn't covered.

Shipping & Delivery

We do everything we can to ship orders promptly, but delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control aren't something we can be held responsible for. If a delivery issue comes up, your carrier is the best first point of contact — we're not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, we check billing and shipping details and watch for unusual transaction activity. We may ask for extra verification before completing an order, and we reserve the right to cancel any transaction we believe to be fraudulent, with notice to the customer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. We recommend reviewing it before each purchase, since continuing to shop with us means you accept the current version.

A Note on Color

Product colors shown on our site are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary — every device displays color a little differently, and lighting at the time a photo was taken can shift how a color appears. We can't guarantee that what you see on your screen will match the product exactly. If you'd like more photos or details before ordering, just ask — we're happy to help you choose with confidence.
