Shipping Policy

Where We Ship From

Orders leave our warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong. Which one handles your order depends on where stock is available at the time you buy — so it's possible your package ships from a different country than you'd expect if that's where the item was in stock. Our logistics run through Shopify's automated system to keep things fast and accurate, and we check inventory regularly to maintain quality.

Processing Time

We typically get orders ready to ship within 48 hours of purchase. During busy sales periods, this can take a bit longer. You'll see your estimated shipping window confirmed at checkout.

How Long Delivery Takes

Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, not counting weekends, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays. Exact timing depends on your location and local delivery conditions.

These windows are estimates and can shift depending on local carrier conditions. North Alpine currently ships to select destinations outside the European Union; orders placed for delivery within the EU will be automatically cancelled. Customs & Import Duties

We handle all customs duties and import fees on your behalf, no matter where you're located within our shipping zones. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — nothing additional is collected on delivery. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

Shipping Costs

Every order ships free, internationally, regardless of destination — no shipping charge will appear at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking details usually populate within 24–48 hours, and you can check progress anytime on our Track Your Order page. We'll also send you automatic status updates — if you don't see them, check your spam or junk folder. If tracking still shows nothing 48 hours after you receive shipping confirmation, give it another 1–2 business days for the carrier's system to catch up. Still nothing after 5 business days? Lost in Transit

On the rare occasion a package goes missing, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost. Contact contact@north-alpine.com and we'll take care of it — we may first confirm the loss with the carrier before reshipping.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout — we can't be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you catch a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering at contact@north-alpine.com and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships.

If a package comes back to us because of an address error on your end, we'll refund you in full once it's received at our warehouse. We won't be able to cover any extra shipping costs that resulted from the mistake.

Cancelling an Order

You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to cancel — just email contact@north-alpine.com with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled, and our standard return process applies instead.

Delays Outside Our Control

North Alpine isn't responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control — things like natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes, customs holdups, or carrier disruptions. When these happen, we'll do our best to keep you updated and minimize the impact.
